Last week, Epic and IBM announced the formation of an advisory council to assist them should they receive the contract to design and develop the Department of Defense's upgraded EHR and information systems.
The advisory group is made up of 18 members from 12 organizations, including executives, physicians and representatives of Epic clients, according to an IBM/Epic fact sheet. Five of the advisory members are veterans.
Here are the members of the Military Health System advisory group. Veterans are indicated with an asterisk.
