The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington opened its new $203 million outpatient pavilion Feb. 3, according to a Hartford Courant report.
The 300,000-square-foot building, which houses primary care, as well as specialists, features eight open-concept floors and "a secure, real-time communication system for healthcare providers and their patients," among other things, according to the UConn Foundation.
The pavilion is part of expansion and renovation efforts that are ongoing at UConn Health, according to the report. That includes the addition of a new $318 million tower and a $203 ambulatory care center.
