Tennessee healthcare company booted from Nasdaq

Diversicare Healthcare Services, a Brentwood, Tenn.-based post-acute care provider, will be delisted from the Nasdaq on Oct. 21, according to the Nashville Business Journal, which cited a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The company is being delisted because its market cap fell below the minimum required to be on the Nasdaq exchange.

Diversicare's revenue totaled more than $563 million in 2018. It has more than 6,000 employees, according to the report.
