Cloud-based call center technology provider TCN was recently recognized by TMC, a global, integrated media company, for its TNC Platform 3.0.
TMC awarded TCN Platform 3.0 with a 2016 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award.
TCN Platform 3.0 is an advanced cloud-based call center technology that offers an array of features, such as predictive dialer, interactive voice recording, call recording and competitive analytics, according to TCN. Part of TCN Platform 3.0 is the recently launched VocalRx, a cloud-based automated patient engagement platform that offers a suite of contact center tools.
