Surgical Notes, a nationwide provider of revenue cycle solutions, including transcription, coding, revenue cycle management, document management and EHR applications, for the ASC and surgical hospital markets, has launched a new program for clients.
Here are six things to know about the program.
1. The program is called "The Note Pad."
2. This online community aims "to engage, educate and reward clients that use Surgical Notes solutions and services," according to a news release. Those solutions and services include SNChart, a web-based transcription management tool; SNCoder, for full-service coding and coding audits; and SNBilling, the newest component of its revenue cycle offering that delivers full-service RCM.
3. Clients who are part of the program will be able to log in and choose from various activities called "challenges," such as contests, polls, social sharing and surveys, according to the release.
4. Client participants, called "advocates," who complete challenges will earn points, which may then be redeemed for rewards such as swag, gift cards, event passes and experiences or make donations to charity.
5. The program will also include educational materials on Surgical Notes products, industry developments and trends and best practices for running an ASC, the release states.
6. New challenges, education and rewards will be added on a weekly basis.
