S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the "A" long-term rating on Boulder (Colo.) Community Health.
"The outlook revision reflects our view of BCH's challenged operations over the past several years, including very poor operating margins in fiscal 2015," said S&P credit analyst Allison Bretz.
S&P also affirmed the "AA+/A-1" rating on BCH's series 2000 revenue bonds.
