S&P Global Ratings assigned an "A" rating to Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Health System's series 2017A and 2017C revenue anticipation certificates.
"We consider NGHS' healthy operating results as a key credit strength," said S&P analyst Jennifer Soule.
The "A" rating also reflects NGHS' significant population growth and history of healthy operating results.
The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P's expectation that NGHS will achieve its projected results through at least a two-year outlook period.
