Staffing organization Randstad is offering a new nonclinical healthcare staffing service.
The company said the new service will address the growing need for administrative support in hospitals and large primary care systems with centralized back-office structures as well as revenue cycle management providers.
Randstad's new service will focus on staffing medical and specialist support roles such as patient registration, admissions and medical scheduling, customer service, billing and collections, according to the company.
