R1 RCM's leadership team is continuing to evolve with appointments of a new CFO and chief commercial officer.
Jennifer Williams was named the revenue cycle management company's CFO, and Kyle Hicok has been named chief commercial officer, according to a Jan. 5 news release from the company. They are succeeding Rachel Wilson and Gary Long, respectively, who will step down from their roles and remain with the company in advisory roles.
Ms. Williams and Mr. Hicok both joined R1 following the company's completed acquisition of Cloudmed in June, according to the release. Ms. Williams served as the healthcare revenue recovery provider and consultant's CFO. Mr. Hicok served as president and general manager.
Lee Rivas and John Sparby stepped into the roles of CEO and president, respectively, Jan. 1 after Joe Flanagan stepped down from the CEO role. Mr. Flanagan continues to serve on the company's board and as an executive adviser to the CEO.
