Oklahoma surgical hospital closes without paying employees

Pinnacle Specialty Hospital, a surgical hospital in Tulsa, Okla., abruptly shut down in November and owes employees three paychecks for hundreds of hours of work, according to News On 6.

When employees didn't receive paychecks on Nov. 1, Pinnacle Specialty Hospital's owners blamed an issue with payroll. Soon after, the owners shut down the facility without paying employees, according to the report.

A group of employees have hired an attorney to represent them and sent a letter to the hospital's former owners demanding their unpaid wages.
