Healthcare revenue cycle management software provider nThrive introduced March 14 an end-to-end revenue cycle management platform.
The company said the platform was built to help providers accurately capture dollars and protect the bottom line.
Within the platform, nThrive also created four bundled solutions: the clean claims bundle, net revenue optimization bundle, A/R improvement bundle and regulatory compliance bundle.
"We believe that fundamentally rethinking revenue cycle management will bring a significant and positive impact to cash flow for healthcare providers, freeing up resources to reinvest in patient care," Hemant Goel, CEO of nThrive, said in a company news release about the new platform. "If we help improve the financial health of care providers, we all win."
The platform comes after nThrive completed its acquisition of TransUnion Healthcare, the healthcare data and analytics business of TransUnion, in December 2021. Backed by Clearlake Capital Group, nThrive signed a definitive agreement in October to acquire TransUnion for $1.74 billion. At the time of the deal's closing, the companies said the acquisition would create an end-to-end RCM technology and software solution.
