Moody's Investors Service has upgraded Fayetteville, Ark.-based Washington Regional Medical Center's rating to "A3" from "Baa1," affecting approximately $107.8 million of debt.
The rating upgrade is based on a number of factors, including WRMC's leading market position, significant patient volume growth and strong cash flow generation.
The outlook is stable, reflecting WRMC's solid operating performance, which Moody's expects will continue.
