Moody's Investors Service has revised the outlook on Zanesville, Ohio-based Genesis HealthCare System to stable from negative.
The outlook revision is based on Genesis' successful completion of its campus consolidation project.
Moody's also affirmed the "Ba2" rating on Genesis HealthCare System's $295 million of outstanding rated debt.
