Moody's Investors Service has assigned an "A3" rating to Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network's proposed series 2016A revenue bonds, affecting $73 million.
The rating assignment reflects UVMHN's large size, growth through acquisitions and affiliations and status as the only academic medical center in Vermont and the North County market of New York.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's expectations that UVMHN will maintain its stable levels of operating performance.
