Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Miss., has chosen AccuReg to provide patient concierge services.
AccuReg is a software company that provides a full, front-end revenue cycle solution suite as well as a pre-registration outsourcing service.
As part of the collaboration, the AccuReg Patient Concierge Services team will be responsible for the complete patient registration process at Magnolia Regional, according to a news release. AccuReg will provide a number of services, such as verifying patient insurance and benefits, giving an estimate of how much the patient will owe and offering financial assistance if needed.
Aside from AccuReg's Patient Concierge Services, Magnolia Regional is also utilizing AccuReg systems for registration quality assurance, eligibility and benefits verification, medical necessity screening, authorization detection and retrieval, patient estimates and point of service collections.
