All five of the major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices decrease last week.
Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp., saw its shares fall by 14.61 percent to $47.85, which was the largest decrease in share price of any of the hospital operators.
King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services' shares fell by 5.52 percent last week, which was the least significant decrease.

- Hospital Corporation of America (Nashville, Tenn.): $65.75 per share (down 6.13 percent)
- LifePoint Hospitals (Brentwood, Tenn.): $65.39 per share (down 6.56 percent)
- Tenet Healthcare Corp. (Dallas): $47.85 per share (down 14.61 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $97.97 per share (down 5.52 percent)
