GulfCoast Surgery Center in Sarasota, Fla., which was established in 2003, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Nov. 3.
In documents filed in the bankruptcy case, the surgery center listed its assets as $50,000 or less and its liabilities as between $1 million and $10 million.
In its bankruptcy petition, GulfCoast Surgery Center said it has less than 50 creditors and listed PNC Bank as the creditor with the largest unsecured claim.
