Fitch Ratings has affirmed Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health's ratings, including its "BB" Issuer Default Rating.
The rating affirmations were supported by a number of factors, such as the for-profit hospital operator's leverage, which is amongst the lowest in the for-profit hospital industry.
LifePoint's challenges were also considered for the rating affirmations, including its rapid succession of acquisitions.
The for-profit hospital operator's outlook is stable.
