Aspirion taps chief technology officer

Revenue cycle management company Aspirion has named Doug Hebenthal as chief technology officer. 

In the role, Mr. Hebenthal will spearhead the company's technology strategy, oversee all aspects of software development, infrastructure, and information technology, and will also have accountability for compliance and security, according to a July 9 news release. 

Mr. Hebenthal brings leadership experience from several major tech companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Change Healthcare, Axiom and Knowable, according to the release. 

Steven Filchock, who has served as Aspirion's CTO since 2018, is taking on an advisory role with the company as he transitions toward retirement, according to the release.
