1. Crawford Memorial Hospital (Robinson, Ill.) — from "A" to "BBB" (S&P)

2. Essentia Health (Duluth, Minn.) — from "A" to "A-" (Fitch)

3. Lexington Medical Center (West Columbia, S.C.) — from "A+" to "A" (S&P)

4. Nash Health Care System (Rocky Mount, N.C.) — from "BBB+" to "BBB" (S&P)

5. South Georgia Medical Center (Valdosta, Ga.) — from "A-" to "BBB+" (S&P)

6. University Health System (Knoxville, Tenn.) — from "BBB+" to "BBB" (Fitch)

7. Verity Health System (Redwood City, Calif.) — from "CCC" to "CC" (S&P)
