- Lafayette (La.) General Medical Center — from A3 to Baa1 (Moody's)
- Mission (Texas) Regional Medical Center — from BBB- to BB+ (S&P)
- Oconee Regional Medical Center (Milledgeville, Ga.) — from CCC to CC (S&P)
- Partners HealthCare (Boston) — from AA to AA- (S&P)
- WellStar Health System (Marietta, Ga.) — from AA- to A (S&P)
