1. Augusta (Ga.) University Health, a three-hospital nonprofit system, named Joseph Koons vice president of revenue cycle services.
2. CarePayment, a self-described "patient financial engagement company," hired Wes Pass as chief strategy officer.
3. T-System, a provider of health IT solutions for emergency and urgent care, including charge capture and coding, named Robert Hitchcock, MD, executive vice president and general manager of documentation.
4. RCM solutions company Recondo Technology promoted Heather Kawamoto to chief product officer.
