- Tennessee: 16
- North Carolina: 11
- Missouri: 10
- Kansas, Georgia, California: 9
- Florida: 8
- Alabama, Oklahoma: 7
- Minnesota, New York: 6
- Mississippi, Pennsylvania, West Virginia: 5
- Arizona, Kentucky, South Carolina: 4
