Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock received approval from the city planning board to build a $130 million, five-story patient tower, according to Valley News.
The new 200,000-square-foot tower is expected to have up to 112 beds to meet a growing demand for its services, the health system said.
The tower will be added to the northern entrance of the medical center.
Construction is slated to begin this spring, with an opening date expected in the summer of 2022.
