Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health has submitted plans to build a $147.1 million hospital in Lake Norman, N.C., according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
The 160,000-square-foot hospital would house 30 acute care beds, 20 medical surgical beds, six labor and delivery beds and four intensive care beds. It would also contain 10 emergency bays, three operating rooms and an on-site pharmacy.
If approved, the project would be completed in 2023.
