York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health has tapped KeyCare, an Epic-based virtual care company, to help expand its virtual primary care and behavioral health services.
The partnership will allow WellSpan patients to schedule appointments online with an increasing panel of virtual primary care providers, therapists and psychiatrists who share medical records among their WellSpan colleagues, according to a Feb. 13 KeyCare news release.
Additional partnership service lines include home-based virtual annual wellness visits and online psychiatry and therapy access for WellSpan patients.
WellSpan has worked with KeyCare since February 2023 to provide virtual urgent care to more than 11,000 of its pediatric and adult patients.
WellSpan has more than 2,000 employed providers in 220 locations, including eight hospitals across South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. It has 20,000 employees, according to the release.
