VisuWell, a cloud-based telehealth platform, joined Epic's App Orchard online marketplace Nov. 12.
Three things to know:
1. VisuWell's telehealth solutions, including videoconferencing, patient triage and intaking routing can now be accessed directly from an Epic EHR.
2. Patients can use VisuWell by logging into Epic's online patient portal MyChart.
3. VisuWell's platform can also integrate with clinical devices such as stethoscopes and telehealth carts.
