Lyra Health, a $1.1 billion health startup that sells employee mental health services to businesses, is teaming up with mobile mediation app Calm, according to an Oct. 20 CNBC report.
Three notes:
1. Lyra Health achieved unicorn status in August after closing a financing round that boosted the company's valuation to $1.1 billion.
2. Lyra Health launched in 2015 and allows employers to offer staff access to personalized mental health services via its digital platform.
3. By partnering with Calm, Lyra Health will offer Calm's meditation, music and sleep content for managing stress and anxiety on Lyra Health's platform.
