Among long-term care facilities, hospitals and home care agencies, directors of rehabilitation had the highest salaries at hospitals, according to a report from Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service.
The study looked at nearly 2,000 LTC facilities, 274 hospitals and 979 home care agencies. Here are six statistics on director of rehabilitation compensation in 2012.
Hospital directors of rehabilitation
Annual salary (50th percentile): $107,359
Average annual bonus: 8.09 percent
Home health directors of rehabilitation
Annual salary (50th percentile): $96,817
Average annual bonus: 8.42 percent
Long-term care directors of rehabilitation
Annual salary (50th percentile): $90,045
Average annual bonus: 3.19 percent
