Mechanicsburg, Pa.-based Vibra Healthcare plans to build a $32 million specialty rehabilitation hospital in Florida, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The hospital, which will be located on four acres of land in Boynton Beach, Fla., will create 160 jobs.
Vibra Healthcare owns and operates more than 90 specialty hospitals and outpatient physical therapy centers in 19 states. This will be its first location in Florida.
"We are eager to expand into Florida and look forward to the opportunity to serve the Palm Beach County medical community and their patients," Brad Hollinger, CEO of Vibra Healthcare, told the Business Journal. "We are confident that Vibra will complement the area’s existing care options, serve as a reliable post-acute partner for local providers, and offer those in need of our services a high-quality choice for their care."
Vibra Healthcare didn't disclose the size of the facility, according to the report.
