Knoxville (Iowa) Hospitals and Clinics is set to begin a $21 million expansion, radio station KNIA-KRLS reported Sept. 15.
The expansion will include a new surgical suite, additional visiting specialist clinic space and an infusion center. Its emergency department also will be renovated.
The project is set to begin later this year. Construction of the new infusion center and speciality clinic will begin in spring 2023, the report said.
