Wesley Woodlawn Hospital is in the process of expanding its intensive care unit from eight beds to 12, reports Wichita Business Journal.
Hospital leaders say the expansion project, priced at $700,000, will solve capacity issues at the Wichita, Kan.-based hospital.
Expansion efforts began this summer and the project is slated for completion in December, according to the report.
