A new survey from healthcare payments company Sphere found that 68 percent of providers place a high priority on improving patient payment collections.
Additionally, 71 percent ranked improving cash flow as a top three priority when selecting a new payment tool, according to an April 25 Sphere news release.
The study was based on interviews with 40 health system executives.
