San Ramon (Calif.) Regional Medical Center and its registered nurses, represented by the California Nurses Association-National Nurses United, have agreed on a new contract that will give the nurses at 10.5 percent raise over three years, according to an Oakland Tribune report.
The roughly 2,700 nurses have ratified the contract, which also includes a retroactive pay increase of 3 percent for 2011 and keeps the nurses' share of health coverage at current rates.
