T-System, an emergency medicine solutions company, has released a free flu documentation template to help hospitals manage increased emergency department volume due to high influenza rates.
The template, called T Sheets, includes information on diagnostic and treatment protocols for H3N2, the primary influenza A virus this season, according to the news release. "It supports consistent charting and critical patient health information capture while ensuring hospitals meet regulatory and reimbursement needs," the release states.
