NYU Langone Medical Center has leased space to establish a women’s medical center on New York City’s Upper East Side, according to a Commercial Observer report.
The 15-year lease is unique opportunity, since large blocks of commercial space in the area are particularly rare. The three-floor space totals at 28,500 square feet.
Analysts have been predicting a healthcare leasing boom as property generally used for commercial purposes or tenants is now snapped up for medical purposes.
