BIDCO is an ACO affiliated with Boston-based Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and has roughly 1,700 participating providers.
Ms. Severin has more than 20 years of experience in managed care, delivery systems, insurance and public health. She has served as president of Network Health, a subsidiary of Tufts Health Plan, since 2006.
