Tim Herrmann, RN. Chief Administrative Officer of Cottage Grove (Ore.) Community Medical Center. Mr. Herrmann has been an RN for roughly 33 years and has a clinical background in neuro/trauma intensive care. He worked at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu before being recruited by PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, Ore., in 1988 to develop a level II trauma center. He served in various leadership roles for PeaceHealth over the next 26 years and was made CAO of Cottage Grove Community Medical Center in 2014. He served on the Oregon State Trauma Advisory Board for nearly a decade and was a founding member and the first president of the Oregon Rural Health Quality Network.
