Karen Barber. CEO of Yoakum (Texas) Community Hospital. Ms. Barber has been with Yoakum Community Hospital since 1992, when she joined as a nurse. She became CEO in 2006. In 2010, Ms. Barber was awarded the Texas Hospital Association's Pioneer Award, which recognizes excellence in rural hospital management.
