Emmi (Chicago). Emmi, a health IT company with roughly 170 employees, develops patient engagement solutions. Wolters Kluwer acquired Emmi in November 2016. The Chicago Tribune named Emmi to its list of "Top 100 Workplaces" in 2014 and in 2015 it was named one of the "Top 7 Creative Offices in Chicago" by the readers of Bisnow.
