Skokie Hospital, part of NorthShore University HealthSystem, is one location for the NorthShore Orthopaedic Institute. The Total Joint Replacement Center at Skokie Hospital is part of the Orthopaedic Institute and has a 20-year history of exceptional patient-centered care and outstanding outcomes. Other specialties the Institute offers include sports medicine, trauma and pediatrics. Skokie Hospital's recently opened Ambulatory Care Center houses the system's Outpatient Orthopaedics Center. In 2013, Healthgrades named the hospital to its list of America's 50 Best and recognized it with the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence.
