McBride Orthopedic Hospital (Oklahoma City).
This physician-owned hospital was established by Earl McBride, MD, in 1923 as McBride Clinic. Modern-day McBride Orthopedic Hospital opened in 2005 and includes 28 board-certified physicians on staff. Those physicians excel at all types of orthopedic surgery, as evidenced by Healthgrades awarding the hospital its Orthopedic Surgery Excellence Award and Joint Replacement Excellence Award this year. In years past, McBride Orthopedic has received Healthgrades' Spine Surgery Excellence Award as well. Press Ganey bestowed its 2013 Beacon of Excellence Award to the hospital.
