Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. More than 125 clinicians, including pediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, critical care intensivists, pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists, advanced practice nurses and physician assistants, provide care at CHOP's Cardiac Center. The Magnet-designated hospital's Cardiac Center houses the Evelyn and Daniel M. Tabas Cardiac Care Unit for critical care and the Cardiac Care Unit for intermediate care. The center offers a range of specialized services, including monitoring and care during pregnancy through the Fetal Heart Program. U.S. News & World Report ranked CHOP No. 3 in the nation among children's hospitals for cardiology and heart surgery for 2016-17.
