Medical University of South Carolina Medical Center (Charleston).Medical University of South Carolina Medical Center, 700-bed hospital, reported an estimated 400 new gynecological cancer patients in 2017. The hospital is one of 70 centers in the nation to receive a National Cancer Institute designation and is home to the Advanced Fetal Care Center, which integrates resources from MUSC Women's Health and MUSC Children's Hospital programs. U.S. News & World Report ranked MUSC among the top 50 hospitals in the nation for gynecological services in 2017-18 and the breast imaging center at the hospital's Hollings Cancer Center is designated by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.
