The following organizations have shared hiring plans since Dec. 18:
1. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth seeks to hire more than 170 nurses in Central Florida.
2. Abrazo Mesa (Ariz.) Hospital, which is scheduled to open this spring, seeks to fill open staff positions.
3. Missouri healthcare organizations, including Bolivar-based Citizens Memorial Hospital and Springfield-based CoxHealth, participated in a multi-industry hiring event Jan. 22.
4. Perrysburg (Ohio) Hospital, part of Cincinnati-based Mercy Health, announced plans to hold open interviews Jan. 16 for a number of positions.
5. Penn Medicine Lancaster (Pa.) General Health announced plans to fill about 500 clinical, administrative and support service positions.
6. Several hospitals and medical facilities in HCA Healthcare's north Florida division participated in a job fair Dec. 20 to attract people seeking employment after Hurricane Michael.
7. Louisville-based Hardin Memorial Hospital announced it will add staff to better treat victims of sexual assault.
