Most physician hires are seeing decreases to their benefit packages, according to a new report from Physician Thrive.
The "2023 Physician Compensation Report" analyzes data from several sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Doximity, Merrit Hawkins and Medscape. It found that although relocation benefits are experiencing growth, most other benefits are being cut.
These six benefits are down for new physician hires.
