The following organizations have shared hiring plans since Oct. 19:
1. The Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital under construction in Orwigsburg, Pa., is hiring physicians, nurses, technicians and other workers.
2. Tallahassee (Fla.) Memorial HealthCare, a private, nonprofit community health system, hosted a job fair to attract people seeking employment after Hurricane Michael.
3. Cincinnati-based Mercy Health is hiring in Urbana, Ohio, with open positions at McAuley Senior Living and Urbana Hospital.
4. Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth seeks to staff Highlands Ranch (Colo.) Hospital, scheduled to open in the spring.
5. University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston seeks to fill positions at the newly named UTMB Clear Lake Campus Hospital in Webster, Texas.
