But some specialties are more sought after than others, according to Physicians Thrive's "2023 Physician Compensation Report." To compile the rankings, Physicians Thrive analyzes data from several sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Doximity, Merrit Hawkins and Medscape.
