Vizient, a healthcare improvement and group purchasing organization, fully acquired Kaufman Hall for an undisclosed amount.
Kaufman Hall has been a healthcare consulting and management company for more than 40 years. The acquisition will expand Vizient's advisory services in multiple areas, including clinical quality, corporate finance and partnerships, according to an Aug. 1 news release from Vizient.
