Megadyne Medical Products, an equipment manufacturer, is recalling all of its Mega Soft Patient Return Electrodes after four reports of burn injuries, the FDA said May 10.
The pediatric electrosurgical pads could lead to thermal injuries, according to the FDA. Since 2018, there have been four reported injuries and zero reports of deaths associated with the product.
The company did not share how many products are being recalled.
